1. Service Requester

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US VOLUNTARILY

There is some personal information that you voluntarily provide us when you use the App. Some of the voluntarily submitted information is mandatory, and the rest is optional. Mandatory information is required for us to deliver our service to you. We will clearly inform you which elements of personal information are mandatory and which are optional.

You currently provide us with personal information when you:

● Create a User Account

When you sign up to create an account on the App, we request you to provide your full name, your email address, and your phone number.

This information is used to:

  • To send you an authentication code and verify your account;
  • Create your Service Requester account on the App;
  • To enable you to login to your App Account and make use of the App features and functionality as set out in the Terms.

● Post Service Requests

When you post a Service Request on the App, we receive the content of your Service Request. We use this information to notify Service Providers in your local area that match your service category and sub-category. This information is shared with the matching Service Providers who are then able to send you a quote for the Job Request.

● Book a Service

When you book a Service through the App, we gain information about your address where the Requested Service will be performed, the amount quoted by the Service Provider that you accepted as well as your selected Service Provider. We use this information to deliver our Service to you.

● When you leave a Service Rating and Review

After your booking is complete, you are offered the opportunity to rate and review the Service Provider. When you leave a review, we will have access to the content of your review, and it will be publicly visible to all those who view the Service Provider’s profile. Please do not share any personal information in public reviews that you do not wish to be visible to all other Users.

● Request to receive notifications

If you opt-in to receive email notifications from us, we will use your email address to send you selected notifications.

● Contact us

When you contact our Customer Support or send us an email, we collect your email address as well as the content of your message. We use this information to reply to your request and to contact you.

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain personal information about you such as the device you use to access our service, your IP address, your geographical location, and other similar information. We use this information to deliver App services to our Users.

2. Service Provide

When you apply for a Service Provider account through the App, there is some personal information that you voluntarily provide us. Some of the voluntarily provided information is mandatory, and we use this information to assess your Service Provider application.

You currently provide us with personal information when you:

● Apply for a Service Provider Account

When you apply for a Service Provider Account, we request you to provide your full name, your email address, your phone number, your social security number or license number. You will also be required to submit your service license, certificates and other relevant proof of eligibility to perform the Home Services that you wish to offer through the App.

This information is used to:

  • To assess your application;
  • To perform relevant background checks for you;
  • To create your Service Requester account on the App;
  • To enable you to login to Service Request Account and make use of the Service Requester App features and functionality as set out in the Terms.

● Create Home Services on your Profile

When you create a new Home Service on your Service Provider profile, we receive information about the content of your Home Service. We use this information to show your profile in search results when a Service Requester in your area searches for that Home Service. We also notify you when a Service Requester posts a Job that matches the Home Services offered by you. This information is shared with the Service Requesters to enable them to contact you.

● Book a Service

When a Service Requester books your Home Service through the App, we gain information about the amount quoted by you as well as the details of the Service Request you agreed to perform. We use this information to deliver our App Service to you.

● Your Service Ratings and Reviews

When a Service Requester leaves a review for your Service, we gain access to the content of the Rating and Review. We make this information publicly available on your Service Provider profile.

● Request to receive notifications

DO NOT TRACK

California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires us to inform our Users how we respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. We currently do not respond to DNT signals.
